April 16th, 2008: Skil-aire provides 20,000 sq ft storage facility to customers for inexpensive staging and storage with next day delivery to NY, Philadelphia, South Jersey, Maryland, Washington D C and Virginia. Skil-aire's warehouse facility is Linked to five major interstate highways for easy, rapid access to Mid-Atlantic region.

April 10th, 2008: Skil-aire listed by Google Search as #1 and #2 for "Precision Environmental Control" since 2007.

April 3rd, 2008: Revolving Credit Lines are now available for qualified customers either from Skil-aire directly or through it's affiliates, Greystone Metro Financial and Direct Capital Corp.

March 13, 2008: Skil-aire now offers most standard product using environmentally friendly 410a refrigerant as alternate to R22 or 407c.

February 9, 2008: Skil-aire's President & CEO, Lisa H. Ambrose is re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Professional Women in Construction (PWC) Capital Region Chapter for second term.
